Respecting Our Volunteers, Strengthening Our Community

The Wolves Lacrosse Association is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants—players, families, and especially our dedicated volunteers who make our programs possible.

Volunteers are the backbone of our association. Their time, effort, and passion allow our athletes to learn, compete, and grow in the game of lacrosse. In return, we expect all members of our community to treat them with respect and professionalism at all times.

Harassment, intimidation, or abuse of any kind toward volunteers will not be tolerated.

We also want to be clear about communication expectations. Contacting volunteers privately to express complaints or concerns is not appropriate. This places individuals in difficult positions and bypasses the processes that are in place to ensure fairness and accountability.

All concerns or complaints must be directed through the association’s established procedures. This ensures that issues are handled properly, consistently, and respectfully.
