At the Wolves Lacrosse Association, we don’t just play the game—we aim to set the standard. We pride ourselves on a culture of constant growth, always looking for ways to improve the experience for our players, our families, and our staff.

Today, we take the next big step in that mission.

We are thrilled to announce Chet Koneczny as our new Technical Director. Chet’s focus will be the heartbeat of our association: Coaching Development and Mentorship. We believe that to have the best players, you must have the best coaches. By providing our bench staff with professional-grade mentorship and elite technical training, we are ensuring that every Wolf on the floor is getting world-class instruction.

As a former professional athlete and a leader in sports science, Chet’s arrival marks a new chapter in the Wolves' commitment to being the premier association for player and coach development. 

Chet is widely recognized as one of the most highly accredited lacrosse coaches in Canada. He holds the NCCP Advanced Coaching Diploma, the gold standard for coaching in the country, and is an NCCP Master Coach Developer. His expertise isn’t just in playing the game, but in the science of teaching it.

The pack is moving forward. Looking forward to a great 2026 season.
